| The Maison de la Truffe et du Vin du Luberon offers amateurs and professionals specialised training in the mysteries and techniques of the “sensorial analysis” of wine and truffles. Our tasting laboratory can welcome 18 trainees at a time.

the black truffle “Melanosporum” |
| Similarly, a demonstration of “cavage” with
a truffle dog and information about which trees to plant to best encourage
truffles, picking, how the truffle is sold – and how to buy it. Tasting of scrambled eggs with truffles, accompanied by wines from the Parc du Luberon. |
